Etching Operator Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm OR 7am-3:30pm
- Starting Pay Rate: $18/hr
- Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
- Location: Easton, PA
Etching Operator Responsibilities:
- Inspect materials and finished products using testing and measuring equipment
- Load/unload equipment and move materials between processing stages
- Follow work orders and process instructions to complete production tasks
- Operate and adjust processing equipment and control panels
- Clean panels, equipment, and work areas, including handling chemical baths
- Monitor equipment performance, identify issues, and request repairs
- Maintain accurate production, inspection, and labor records
- Perform basic calculations (e.g., etching time) to support operations
- Support photolithography processes (alignment, exposure, development)
- Contribute to continuous improvement and perform other assigned duties
Etching Operator Requirements:
- Manufacturing or production experience is a plus
- Basic math and chemistry knowledge
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and commitment to safety
