Sales Representative Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
- Pay Rate: $39-40k/year
- Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
- Location: Allentown, PA
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through inbound leads, outbound calls, and self-sourcing
- Conduct consultative sales calls to identify client needs and present tailored solutions
- Deliver product demonstrations and explain features/benefits effectively
- Manage sales pipeline, document activity in CRM, and schedule follow-ups
- Close deals and contribute to revenue growth for the team
Sales Representative Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication and confident phone presence
- Experience in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/online tools
- Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through
- Motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills
