PeopleShare is seeking a dedicated Call Center Specialist to join a growing healthcare support team in Whippany, NJ. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, communicates with empathy, and is passionate about helping patients access the care and resources they need.
Monday- Friday 11:30am-8:00pm OR 10am-6:30pm at $20.90/hr

Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls related to patient support, copay assistance, and access‑to‑care needs.
Deliver exceptional service to patients, physicians, and pharmacies with a strong focus on empathy and a positive consumer experience.
Process claims based on daily volume and program requirements.
Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate with internal teams such as Program Management and IT.
Guide patients through the full program journey, including eligibility, reimbursement questions, and general support.
Provide high‑touch, concierge‑level (“white glove”) service.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in healthcare, patient support, or case management within a high‑volume contact center (preferred).
Experience with pharmacy benefits, healthcare insurance, or medical billing (preferred).
Familiarity with call center metrics and performance standards (a plus).
