Admissions Specialist Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, start times from 8:00AM to 9:30AM
- Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
- Hybrid schedule, must be able to report to Malvern, PA on regular basis
Admissions Specialist Job Description:
- Request placement and/or respond to inquiries regarding treatment options via outbound calls, e-mail, and/or other designated contacts
- Contact to schedule classes and conduct after-class follow-up contacts according to established procedures and follow-up mechanisms
- Maintain data forms e-faxed from the field and enter in the appropriate database
Admissions Specialist Job Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
