Swing reach (Turret) Operator Job Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2nd Shift)
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $22.00/hour (based on experience)

Swing Reach (Turret) Job Description:
- Operate turret trucks (Raymond or equivalent), including man-up and narrow aisle equipment in high pile storage (HPS) environments
- Accurately pick, move, and store materials using RF scanners, WMS systems, and manual tracking methods
- Perform routine equipment inspections and ensure safe operation at all times
- Maintain inventory accuracy while handling high-reach materials efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols, including fall protection procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
Swing Reach (Turret) Operator Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or general labor environments preferred
- Proven ability to operate turret trucks (Raymond or similar), especially in narrow aisle settings
- Familiarity with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), and manual inventory processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow both verbal and written instructions
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift (8–10 hours)
- Ability to lift 3–30 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally, and team lift heavier items (50–90 lbs)
- Frequent bending, lifting, and twisting as part of daily responsibilities
