A leading food manufacturing facility in Romeoville, IL is hiring Stand‑Up Forklift Operators across all shifts and a Cycle Counter on 3rd shift. These are temp‑to‑hire roles offering weekly pay, consistent hours, and long‑term opportunity. All cold‑environment gear is provided.
Open Positions & Pay
Stand‑Up Forklift Operators
1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm (Mon–Fri) | $20/hr
2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm (Mon–Fri) | $21/hr
3rd Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am (Sun–Thurs) | $21/hr
Cycle Counter – 3rd Shift
3rd Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am (Mon–Thurs) | $23/hr
Inventory control, counting, tracking, and verifying product
Must be comfortable working in a refrigerated environment
Job Responsibilities (Forklift)
Operate stand‑up forklifts safely and efficiently
Load, unload, move, and stage product
Support production and warehouse flow
Work inside a refrigerated environment (gear provided)
Follow all food safety, GMP, and safety procedures
Requirements
Stand‑up forklift experience required (for forklift roles)
Inventory or cycle counting experience preferred (for cycle counter)
Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Ability to work full shift on your feet
