Woodworking Assembler Responsibilities
- Assemble components using measurements, layout marks, and clear instructions
- Handle small parts that require strong fine-motor coordination and steady manual dexterity
- Prepare and shape materials using shop-safe equipment to achieve clean, consistent results
- Reference simple diagrams or blueprints to ensure parts line up correctly and meet tight-tolerance requirements
- Maintain an organized workstation and support general production needs
Woodworking Assembler Qualifications
- Comfortable working with small components and performing hands-on tasks requiring fine motor control
- Ability to follow build references or basic blueprints with accuracy
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to achieve precise, tight-tolerance fits
- Familiarity with shop tools or willingness to learn through provided training
- Reliable, safety-minded, and ready to learn new build techniques
