Machine Operator
Location: Lansdale, PA
Pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Shifts: All Shifts Available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)
Overview
A manufacturing facility in Lansdale, PA is seeking dependable Machine Operators to join its production team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, operating equipment, and working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Training is available for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude.
Machine Operator Responsibilities
Operate production machinery according to safety and quality standards
Load raw materials, monitor machine output, and make basic adjustments
Perform quality checks on finished products
Follow work orders, instructions, and production schedules
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with material handling, packaging, and other production tasks
Report equipment issues or downtime to supervisors
Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
Machine Operator Requirements
Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred, not required
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Flexibility to work assigned shift
