Metal Technician – Machine Shop
Location: Souderton, PA
Pay: $20/hour
Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift Available
Job Responsibilities for Metal Technician
Operate machine shop equipment including grinders, presses, saws, and CNC machines
Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and production instructions
Measure and inspect metal parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
Load and unload raw materials and finished products
Deburr, polish, and finish metal components
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety and quality procedures
Assist with general production and machine setup as needed
Qualifications for Metal Technician
Previous manufacturing or machine shop experience preferred
Ability to use basic hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Basic math and measurement skills
Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
