We are hiring Manufacturing Associates for our facility in Cranberry Twp. You will assemble and inspect medical devices in a high-tech, sterile cleanroom. This position offers a 4-day work week in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

Location: Cranberry Twp, PA
Pay: $17.00 – $20.35 per hour (includes 10% shift differential for 3rd shift)
1st Shift: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
3rd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 9:30 PM – 8:00 AM
What You’ll Do
Work in a sterile, temperature-controlled cleanroom wearing protective gear (smocks, hairnets, gloves).
Assemble and test small medical parts using your hands and basic tools.
Perform visual inspections to ensure every part meets specific standards.
Use a computer to track your work and maintain accurate records.
Follow strict step-by-step instructions and process documents.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who shows up for their shifts and has a strong work ethic.
Ability to do simple math (add/subtract) and comfort using a computer.
Ability to read process documents and follow exact instructions.
Comfort standing for the duration of a shift in a fast-paced setting.
Assembly or cleanroom experience is a plus, but we are happy to train.
