To set you up for success, you will begin your journey at the Warrendale, PA plant for specialized training on 2nd or 3rd shift. Once the New Galilee facility is ready, you will transition to the permanent 1st shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Build complex sub-assemblies, frames, and circuit breaker components following precise engineering work orders.
Execute basic electrical connections and wiring based on technical diagrams and schematics.
Utilize a wide array of power and hand tools to assemble products according to blueprints and Bills of Materials (BOM).
Conduct detailed inspections of completed units to identify and resolve defects, ensuring every part meets elite industry standards.
Apply industrial sealants and manage heavy-duty packaging to ensure products are move-ready.
Qualifications & Requirements
A strong "handyman" mindset—you enjoy taking things apart and putting them back together.
High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of consistent work history (or equivalent technical training).
Willingness to undergo certification for overhead cranes and forklifts.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work from ladders/heights, and stand for the duration of a shift.
Comfortable with basic computer navigation and data entry.
