Details:
- Positions Available: Receiver, Picker, Packer, Shipper
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $15/hour
- ALL roles are contract-to-hire!
Packer Responsibilities:
- Pick a variety of home décor items (lighting, rugs, mirrors, etc.) for packing
- Identify and report damaged or defective merchandise
- Assist with loading box trucks and supporting 3rd‑party driver shipments
- Create and print shipping labels using warehouse systems
- Use handheld tools such as tape guns, box cutters, scissors, and staplers
- Verify shipping labels and order numbers for accuracy
- Assist with general cleaning and organization
Picker Responsibilities:
- Operate a cherry picker to pick a variety of products throughout the warehouse
- Identify and report defective or damaged items before shipping
- Maintain documentation for accurate record‑keeping
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization
Receiver Responsibilities:
- Operate a cherry picker to move product between warehouse floor and storage racks
- Complete pre‑ and post‑equipment checks to ensure safe operation
- Use a tablet and picklist to locate and verify items
- Identify, dispose of, and report defective or damaged items
- Assist with general warehouse cleaning and organization
Shipper Responsibilities:
- Identify and report defective or damaged items prior to shipment
- Load box trucks and assist 3rd‑party carriers with trailers
- Create, print, and apply shipping labels accurately
- Use handheld tools (tape guns, box cutters, staplers, etc.)
- Verify all labels and orders using a computer system
- Assist with general housekeeping to maintain a safe, orderly warehouse
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or production environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. safely and repeatedly throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with repetitive tasks and continuous hand movement
