Human Resources Assistant Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $18-$20/hour
- Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date HR files, records, documentation, and perform periodic audits to ensure required documents are properly filed.
- Assemble new hire packets and assist with New Hire Orientation, background checks, Morpho fingerprint scans, VOEs, and employee terminations.
- Assist with recruiting efforts and provide clerical/administrative support to the HR department.
- Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all HR files and sensitive information.
- Assist with planning and executing HR events such as open enrollment, facility meetings, employee relations events, and holiday functions
- Perform other HR duties as assigned.
Human Resources Assistant Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and able to learn HRIS systems such as Paycom
