Universal Banker Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday and 1 Saturday per month | Hours between 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $18-$21/hour
- Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Universal Banker Responsibilities:
- Speak with members in person and by phone regarding loan products, applications, and processes
- Answer questions about accounts with professionalism and accuracy
- Identify member needs and provide appropriate banking solutions
- Conduct customer interviews and process applications for bank products and services
- Present daily marketing offers and promote available services
- Build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships
- Manage assigned customer account collections
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities
- Protect all sensitive customer information and uphold confidentiality standards
Universal Banker Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of banking or credit union experience required
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work toward goals and meet performance expectations
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience processing applications and conducting customer interviews
- Professional, dependable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Motivation to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
