Schedule for the Machine Operator:
- Various schedules available: 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift
- Monday-Friday, Sunday-Thursday or Wednesday-Saturday
Pay for the Machine Operator:
- Shift differential!!!
- $17/hr-$18/hr for trimmers
- $18.50-$20.50 for PVC machine operators
- $19.50-$21.50 for PU machine operators

Responsibilities of a Machine Operator:
- Inspect products visually and ensure quality standards
- Operate, load, unload, and adjust machinery
- Remove products from molds and perform trimming and finishing
- Place components to specification (toe caps, liners, plates, etc.)
- Make minor equipment adjustments and assist with mold changes
Minimum Requirements for the Machine Operator:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 months of manufacturing or related experience
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Ability to read and follow simple instructions
- Strong attendance, professionalism, and willingness to learn
- Ability to pass drug and background screening
