Warehouse Lead Job Details:
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $21/hr
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Allentown, PA
Warehouse Lead Responsibilities:
- Oversee all outbound activities including pick and pack orders, special projects, and freight shipments.
- Train fulfillment team members on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assign daily workloads, distribute picking tags, and track progress to meet deadlines.
- Monitor warehouse supply levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure all bins and workstations remain fully stocked.
Warehouse Lead Requirements:
- Must be bilingual (English + Spanish)
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience
- At least 1 year of team leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience using Warehouse Management Information Systems (WMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
