Schedule 1st Shift, M–Thurs, 6am-3pm | 2nd Shift, M - Thurs 3:pm-1am

Job Responsibilities for 1st shift and 2nd shift Assembler Production Associates:
- Use computer database to pull work instructions and log data & complete checklist
- Cut, prep, label, and organize wires for use in larger builds
- Crimp, connect, or fasten parts using hand tools or simple equipment
- Follow diagrams or work instructions to assemble units from start to finish
- Fit wiring, harnesses, and components neatly into housings or enclosures
Job Requirements 1st shift and 2nd shift Assembler Production Associates
- REQUIRED: For safety reason must be able to communicate in English
- REQUIRED: 1+ year of experience working in Precision Assembly, Machine Operation of similar. Electronic Assembly experience required
- PREFFERED: 1+ year of experience with a computer database such as WMS, ERP SAP or similar
- Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams, or basic drawings
- Steady hands for tasks like crimping, connecting, or occasional light soldering
