Schedule: Monday-Friday (9:00 AM-5:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $21.63/hr

Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using prepared call lists.
- Introduce, explain, and promote company’s high-quality products to clients.
- Ask qualifying questions to understand customer needs and identify potential opportunities.
- Build rapport and handle objections confidently and professionally.
- Follow up persistently on quotes to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM system
Job Requirements:
- 2 or more years of business development, inside sales or cold-calling experience preferred.
- Strong communication and phone‑based sales skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM software
