About the Role

PeopleShare is hiring an Entry to Associate-Level Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative for a growing company in Virginia Beach. This role blends customer support, inside sales, and account coordination. If you enjoy helping customers, problem‑solving, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

What You’ll Do

Answer customer calls/emails and provide product, pricing, and order information
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and quotes
Upsell and recommend products based on customer needs
Manage assigned customer accounts
Track orders and communicate delays or issues
Generate reports and maintain accurate CRM records
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

What We’re Looking For

Customer service experience required
Salesforce experience required
Strong communication + problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Excel
Tech‑savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
Ability to handle high-volume customer interaction
Must pass a background check/drug screen
