We are hiring for a Machine Operator to support safe, accurate, and efficient packaging operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail - oriented, comfortable working with machinery, and committed to maintaining quality, safety, and documentation standards while collaborating closely with team members across shifts.Â
Position Overview
This Machine Operator role supports safe, efficient production by operating equipment, performing quality and labeling checks, and maintaining accurate documentation. It requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the physical ability to work in a fastâpaced, handsâon environment. Teamwork, reliability, and adherence to all safety and quality standards are essential to success in this position.
What Youâll Do
- Follow all Safety, GMP, Food Safety, and Plant policies while operating machinery and performing production, labeling, and packaging tasks.
- Verify product accuracy by checking travelers, labels, quality standards, and performing required audits, inspections, and line clearances.
- Document all necessary production information, including reports, labels, dates, shifts, and nonconforming product handling.
- Communicate effectively with QA, supervisors, and team members, participating in meetings and shift handoffs.
- Support overall operations by completing assigned duties, maintaining safe work practices, and ensuring proper palletizing, sealing, and material handling.
Requirements
High school diploma/GED, ability to speak, read, and write English, and strong communication skills.
Basic math proficiency, solid attention to detail, and good handâeye coordination.
Ability to work safely and effectively in a fastâpaced, teamâoriented environment.
Physically able to lift 35 lbs, walk, stand, bend for long periods, and perform repetitive hand/arm motions.
Reliable performance of manual tasks requiring coordination, endurance, and consistent safe work practices.
