Schedule: 6:00 am to 2:30pm
Pay Rate: $17-19/hr

Position Overview
The Coffee Machine Refurbishing / Maintenance Associate is responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and preparing returned coffee machines for redeployment or repair. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical interest or aptitude who wants the opportunity to grow into hands-on repair and technical maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize returned coffee machines according to company standards.
- Inspect machines for visible damage, missing parts, or operational issues.
- Prepare units for redeployment, staging, or further repair by the maintenance team.
- Document machine condition and communicate any issues that require technician attention.
- Maintain an organized work area and follow all safety and handling procedures.
- Support the maintenance team with basic tasks as skills develop.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning and inspection procedures.
- Mechanical aptitude or interest in learning equipment repair.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple units in a workflow.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in cleaning, refurbishing, or light mechanical work is helpful but not required.
