Machine Operator Lead Job Details:
- Pay: $24–$25/hour (plus a $1 increase upon permanent conversion)
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Machine Operator Lead Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down production runs
- Operate and monitor production line equipment
- Perform visual inspections of materials during production
- Accurately log run data on production records
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Communicate production or quality issues to the appropriate team members
- Perform small‑batch mixing and dilution of coatings as needed
Machine Operator Lead Requirements:
- Previous machine operation experience
- Experience leading or supervising other team members
- Basic math skills (fractions and decimals)
- Ability to follow production and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and standing/walking for the full shift
- Manufacturing background preferred; coding/converting experience is a plus
