Shipping Specialist
Location: Hatfield, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Pay: $17–$18/hour
We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Shipping Specialist to support daily logistics operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment, efficient carrier coordination, and proper documentation to maintain smooth shipping flow and strong customer satisfaction.
Shipping Specialist Job Description
Pick, pack, and ship parts, components, and machinery for domestic and international customers
Ensure accuracy of all outgoing shipments, documentation, and order details
Prepare, package, label, and stage shipments to meet company and carrier standards
Use shipping systems, carrier portals, or ERP platforms to process orders and print labels
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to resolve shipping issues
Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams or customers
Maintain a clean, organized shipping area while following all safety guidelines
Shipping Specialist Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with shipping software, ERP systems, and major carrier platforms (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
Basic computer skills
