What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Manager:
- Lead daily shift meetings and keep the team aligned
- Train, guide, and motivate associates to hit deadlines and stay safe
- Troubleshoot equipment, enforce safety, and jump in when needed
- Maintain clean workstations and ensure compliance with safety guidelines
- Assist with writing SOPs and suggesting process improvements
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay: $70,000–$100,000 based on experience
- Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM–5:00 PM)

What You Bring as a Warehouse Manager:
- 2+ years in production/assembly and 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand/walk for up to 8 hours
