Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Control Panel Builder to join our team. This role involves building custom control panels using blueprints and schematics, ensuring precision, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and project specifications.
- Select appropriate electrical components (relays, contactors, circuit breakers, etc.) based on project requirements.
- Prepare and assemble panel enclosures, mount components, and install bus bars and wire conductors.
- Perform precise wiring, termination, and crimping; route wires neatly and securely.
- Conduct electrical testing of completed panels and troubleshoot any issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of panel build process.
- Adhere to quality standards and safety procedures during panel construction.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of electrical theory (voltage, current, power, circuit design).
- Ability to accurately interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Proficiency with hand tools (wire strippers, crimpers, drills).
- Mechanical aptitude for accurate component assembly.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
