Our client in Aston is seeking a Sales Lead!

DIRECT HIRE – PERMANENT POSITION

Sales Lead Job Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM
Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 based on level of experience
Direct hire – permanent position
Health insurance, 401(K) eligibility after 90 days, generous vacation/PTO package
Monthly profit-based bonus offered

Sales Lead Job Description:

Manage a group of national sales representatives
Attend both national and international trade shows, industry events, and conferences
Define project scope, prepare quotations, execute order entry, and follow up on all projects
Prepare and present technical presentations and/or white papers to various audiences
Regular travel across the country to perform customer consultations, prepare and provide technical solutions to engineers, plant managers, and maintenance teams in plastics processing factories

Sales Lead Job Requirements:

5+ years of sales, marketing, or project management experience in technical B2B sales highly preferred
Ability to read and interpret drawings & schematics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Maintain adequate technical knowledge of company products and competitors’ products within industry
Must have your own reliable vehicle
Approximately 25% international travel throughout the year (once per month)
