Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and experienced Forklift Operators to join a refrigerated warehouse team in Elk Grove Village. This role involves operating stand‑up reach forklifts to support shipping, receiving, and inventory functions.
Shifts Available
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Responsibilities
Safely operate stand‑up reach forklifts to move, stage, and store materials
Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet shipping/receiving deadlines
Perform cycle counting, inventory tracking, and put‑away using RF scanners
Maintain organized work areas and follow OSHA safety standards
Support team productivity and accuracy goals in a refrigerated environment
Qualifications
Previous experience operating stand‑up reach forklifts (required)
Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes and inventory control
Ability to use RF scanners for tracking and verification
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned shift
