Assembly Mechanic – First Shift
Location: Souderton, PA
Pay: $18–$20/hour
We’re hiring an Assembly Mechanic for first shift. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working with tools and machinery.
Responsibilities
Read and follow blueprints
Operate basic power tools and work with metal materials
Record work completed, issues, and material usage
Keep your work area clean and safe
Complete assigned tasks accurately
Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Previous assembly experience or training is a plus
Consistent work or academic history
Skills
Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements, geometry)
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Willingness to learn calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
Strong communication skills
