Job Details for Customer Service Rep:
Schedule: Mon- Fri 8:30am-5pm, 2 Sat per month required
Pay Rate: $16 hour
Location: In-person position in Warminster, PA
Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Service Rep:
Communicate with customers, answer phones, respond to customer emails and perform live chat assistance
Troubleshoot and research customer order problems
Perform data entry of phone, mail, and online orders
Process order returns and replacements
Job Requirements for Customer Service Rep:
High School diploma or GED
Previous experience in a call center or customer service department
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and web browsing
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, problem solving, with strong organizational skills
Must be able to work in office in Warminster, PA
