Legal Office Assistant Overview:
This role supports day-to-day operations in a professional business center, including print production, mailroom services, shipping/receiving, and general office support. Strong customer service, reliability, and professionalism are essential.
Legal Office Assistant Details:
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00/hr
Location: Onsite, Washington, DC
Legal Office Assistant Responsibilities:
Operate high-volume print/copy/scan equipment
Sort, scan, and deliver mail and packages
Assist with shipping/receiving and supply stocking
Support meeting room setups and office tasks
Maintain equipment and handle confidential documents
Legal Office Assistant Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
1–2 years of office, mailroom, or print/production experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable with office equipment and multitasking
Professional and dependable
