Responsibilities:
Inspect raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Conduct dielectric (high potential) and other electrical tests following inspection work instructions
Verify product functionality and electrical performance through visual, mechanical, and functional testing
Identify non-conformances, troubleshoot issues, and recommend corrective actions
Record all test data and inspection results accurately in system databases
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to specifications
Maintain calibration and condition of testing and inspection tools
Collaborate with engineering, production, and QC teams to maintain consistent quality standards
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
Basic electrical theory knowledge and understanding of current flow and component function
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Hands-on experience with hand and power tools used in electrical assembly and testing
Experience performing quality checks or electrical testing in a manufacturing or production setting
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Basic computer proficiency for data entry and reporting
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Schedule & Pay:
2-2-3 Rotating Schedule (Panama)
12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00/hour (based on experience)
