Location: Philadelphia, PA
Salary: $38,720 – $46,000 (based on experience and education)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one financial coaching sessions and create individualized action plans.
Educate clients on budgeting, credit, banking, and financial literacy.
Support participants in setting and achieving financial goals.
Connect clients to housing programs, community resources, and support services.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Prior experience in housing, finance, banking, or a related field is required.
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for helping others achieve long-term financial success.
