Position: Human Resources Generalist (Life Sciences)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (on-site)
Pay: $50,000 – $65,000 annually (based on experience) + full benefits

Role Snapshot
Support end-to-end HR operations including recruiting/ATS, onboarding, HRIS/timekeeping, training, benefits/compensation, compliance, and HR communications. This position reports to senior HR leadership and contributes to process improvements across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
3+ years of broad HR generalist experience
Strong project ownership, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
Company-first mindset; integrity, respect, and eagerness to learn
LEAN mindset and “team player” attitude a plus
