We are currently seeking two Maintenance Mechanics to join our team. This is a hands-on role responsible for skilled work in one or more trades, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repair. The Maintenance Mechanic will complete daily work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and support the upkeep of properties to improve the quality of life for Portsmouth residents.
