About the Roles:
Join our growing production team and help keep operations running smoothly! We’re hiring for Packaging Machine Operators, Slurry Makers, and Wrapping Machine Operators. Full training provided — bring your reliability and attention to detail!
Location: Lebanon, PA
Pay: $16.00/hr
Shifts:
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Available Positions & Responsibilities:
Packaging Machine Operator
- Set up and operate packaging machines to meet production schedules
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and make minor adjustments
- Perform quality checks to ensure customer specifications are met
- Replace rolls of film/shrink wrap and keep machines stocked
- Move finished products through labeling/taping and stack on skids
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow GMP guidelines
Slurry Maker
- Prepare and mix slurry according to SOPs for production start-up
- Operate mixing tanks safely and complete required paperwork
- Maintain adequate slurry supply to avoid downtime
- Assist Cooker Operator with premix preparation
- Return ingredients to proper storage and keep work area clean
Wrapping Machine Operator
- Operate wrapping machines efficiently to meet production goals
- Complete machine setup and assemble materials per schedule
- Keep machines stocked with product and monitor operation for defects
- Check twist wrap quality and ensure correct paper is used
- Label all products before exiting the wrapping department
- Complete paperwork for product control and efficient changeovers
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented team players
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs regularly
- Comfortable operating pallet jacks and basic equipment (training provided)
- Must follow GMP and safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively
