Location: Romeoville, IL
Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
Join a leading food production warehouse team in Romeoville! We’re looking for an experienced Cycle Counter to manage inventory accuracy and operate forklifts in a cold warehouse environment. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with great pay and long-term potential.
Shift & Schedule:
3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Job Responsibilities:
Perform inventory and cycle counts to ensure product accuracy
Operate a stand-up forklift to move materials and pallets safely
Work in a cold/refrigerated environment (gear provided)
Verify and record product locations and quantities
Assist with shipping/receiving and general warehouse organization
Follow all safety and quality procedures
Requirements:
Previous inventory or cycle counting experience required
Stand-up forklift experience (must be comfortable operating in tight spaces)
Ability to work in a cold environment (proper gear provided)
Must wear steel-toe shoes or boots
Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
Team-oriented and safety-focused
