Our office is currently partnered with a leading company in Bethlehem, PA in their search for a Warehouse Associate.
Job Details:
Responsibilities:
Perform various warehousing tasks, including shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, material handling, loading, and unloading trucks.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to company tidiness standards.
Operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment (training provided if needed).
Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and accurately within established timelines.
Follow all OSHA safety requirements and company policies (training provided).
Accurately complete and process all required paperwork.
Meet productivity and quality standards as set by management.
Collaborate with team members to achieve department and operational goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of warehouse experience
Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs., stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a typical warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and exposure to cleaning chemicals.
Frequent stooping, bending, and kneeling required.
Must be a dependable team player with good communication and time management skills.
