Our office is currently partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Bethlehem, PA in their search for a Warehouse Shop Technician.
Warehouse Shop Technician Job Details:
Warehouse Shop Technician Key Responsibilities:
- Install options and configure settings on new office equipment per customer requirements
- Assemble, test, and perform operational checks on copiers and printers
- Use the Supply Chain Install/Return Checklist to verify setup accuracy
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic diagnostics and repairs
- Ensure all work meets productivity, quality, and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Accurately complete administrative tasks, including logging hours and job completion in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Manage and care for assigned company tools, equipment, and assets
- Assist with lifting, moving, and positioning of equipment (assistance provided for items over 50 lbs)
- Regularly lift and carry up to 75 lbs; push/pull equipment on wheels weighing up to 700 lbs
- Frequently stoop, bend, kneel, and squat to service equipment at ground level
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Be available for occasional overtime or work outside regular hours when necessary
Warehouse Shop Technician Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Basic mechanical, electronic, and computer skills
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
