Overview:
We’re seeking a Construction Quality Representative to join our team in Delanco, NJ. This role is ideal for a quality-minded professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for continuous improvement. You’ll serve as the key liaison between manufacturing and homebuilding operations—ensuring that every product leaving the plant meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do:
Provide technical guidance and support to plant and homebuilding teams regarding product quality, blueprints, and construction methodology.
Conduct plant and field audits, identify root causes of issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Develop and maintain quality reports, metrics, and scorecards to measure performance and drive improvements.
Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and Architectural Services on design changes, prototypes, and new material rollouts.
Lead quality training for plant personnel and assist with new plant startups or process introductions.
Support investigations of Product Action Requests (PARs) and ensure timely resolution of all quality concerns.
Maintain compliance with company and industry quality certification requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in Construction Administration, Quality Control, or Manufacturing Operations.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and operational teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.
Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel to job sites and other plant locations as needed.
