PeopleShare is looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Pack Out Associate to join our fast-paced manufacturing team! This role is essential to ensuring that finished products are accurately packaged, staged, and ready for distribution. Position: 2nd Shift Pack Out Associate
Shift/Hours: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 1:50PM-9:50PM
As a 2nd Shift Pack Out Associate, you will:
Accurately and efficiently complete all packout room documents for assigned lines during each shift.
Retrieve finished product from the production line and deliver to the pack out room, ensuring proper placement by packers into shipper cartons.
Follow BOM directions and routing information to process all work orders correctly.
Stage completed work orders for Distribution, verifying master label information.
Monitor pack out room flow, notifying supervisors when work orders are completed or if unidentified product is found.
Maintain a clean and organized pack room, sweeping and arranging supplies daily.
Monitor shipper supply levels and ensure a safety stock of 24 cartons per active line for the incoming shift.
Work safely, observing all safety rules and reporting incidents immediately.
Qualifications for the 2nd Shift Pack Out Associate role:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly, up to 35 lbs occasionally, and stand for prolonged periods.
Physical agility to bend, stoop, squat, push, pull, and lift objects as required.
Working Conditions:
Manufacturing production floor environment.
Mandatory clean room PPE compliance.
Exposure to equipment noise and dust.
