About Us:
Our Reconnection Team is expanding, and we’re looking for passionate, licensed insurance professionals to join us as Reconnection Specialists. This is a fast-paced, rewarding opportunity to make a difference by helping existing members renew and retain their coverage for the upcoming 2026 plan year.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as a trusted advisor for members, offering accurate and current information on health insurance products.
Conduct outbound outreach to renew and retain members from our extensive book of business (over 380,000 members and growing).
Handle inbound calls with empathy and professionalism to support members’ needs.
Cross-sell and recommend tailored insurance solutions based on each member’s situation.
Collaborate with leadership to resolve escalations and improve member experience.
Maintain detailed documentation and notes across multiple systems.
What We’re Looking For:
Active 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License (required)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Professional, solutions-oriented, and detail-focused
Comfortable working on camera in a Zoom environment throughout your shift
Availability to work full-time, with occasional weekends during peak season
Preferred Qualifications:
Current or willingness to obtain FFM and AHIP certification
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (FL, MI, OH, SC, TN, TX, etc.)
Experience in member retention or health insurance renewals

Pay rate: $20 per hour
