PeopleShare is now hiring Licensed Health Insurance Reconnection Specialists for an exciting opportunity with a leading organization in the health insurance industry! This team plays a key role in supporting existing members, helping them renew and retain their coverage for the upcoming plan year.
Job Details:
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (with some weekend availability during peak season)
Pay: $20/hr plus commission
Location: 100% Remote
Training: Paid training provided
Job Responsibilities:
Assist current members with renewals, coverage updates, and plan changes.
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to ensure members have continuous coverage.
Provide accurate information on available health plan options and assist with enrollments.
Maintain documentation and track interactions across multiple systems.
Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Job Requirements:
Active Health Insurance License (2-15 or 2-40 required)
Must obtain or hold FFM and AHIP certifications
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
Proficiency in computer systems and ability to work on camera via Zoom
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Technology Requirements:
Windows 10 or newer / Mac OS 12.0 or newer
Minimum 12GB RAM and 60 Mbps internet speed
Dual monitors, webcam, and headset with microphone required
Chromebooks not supported
