Location: Suffolk, VA – Food Manufacturing (Peanut Plant)

About the Role
Join a leading food manufacturing team as a Filler Operator!
You’ll help keep production running smoothly by operating and monitoring filling and packaging machinery, ensuring safety and quality every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
Set up, operate, and monitor filling & packaging machines
Load materials and troubleshoot minor jams
Perform regular quality checks to meet food safety standards
Document production data accurately
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
What We’re Looking For
Dependable and detail-oriented candidates
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment
Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
Must pass a background check (no violent offenses)
