Production Maintenance Technician Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday: 1:30pm-10:00pm; Fridays: 1:30pm-11:00pm
- Pay Rate: $20-$24/hr
Production Maintenance Technician Job Description:
- Perform preventative/predictive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Execute line changeovers, calibrations, and support emergency repairs with minimal supervision.
- Monitor and adjust process parameters to maintain product quality and equipment uptime.
- Log work orders, part usage, and equipment performance data accurately in the system.
- Participate in safety and continuous improvement efforts including 5S and Lean manufacturing.
Production Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and ability to pass the Weisen Mechanical Aptitude Test.
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, including extrusion or blow molding.
- Moderate knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system repair.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety practices, including LOTO, confined space, and hazard analysis.
- Basic computer skills; ability to read technical documents and use CMMS systems.
