Location: Cranbury, NJ
Pay: $19–$20 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Package large, custom aluminum products securely for transport
Palletize finished assemblies on oversize pallets for safe handling and shipping
Build wooden pallets and crates using chop saws, nail guns, and other power tools
Operate automated strapping tools to secure products
Read and follow Bills of Materials (BOMs) accurately
Prepare shipments for LTL, UPS, and FedEx
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Job Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (team lifts for anything over 50 lbs)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Previous packaging, palletizing, or shipping experience preferred (construction experience translates well)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product care
