About the Role:
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Onsite Recruiter / Recruiting Manager to lead and manage staffing operations at our client’s large-scale facility in Hanover, MD. In this critical role, you will be the face of our recruiting operations onsite—responsible for recruiting, onboarding, managing, and supporting over 100 associates, while working in close partnership with our Baltimore-based team and the client’s internal HR department.
Onsite Recruiter Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard qualified candidates to fill 100+ active roles
Maintain a constant pipeline of talent to meet ongoing staffing needs
Serve as the onsite point of contact for associates and client HR
Conduct coaching, engagement, and performance management with associates
Manage daily time clock reporting, attendance tracking, and workforce scheduling
Foster a strong, positive relationship with both the client and internal recruiting teams
Ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding process for all new hires
Provide regular reporting and updates to internal leadership
What We’re Looking For In A Onsite Recruiter:
2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with timekeeping systems and workforce management tools
Proven ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
High level of professionalism and accountability
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
