Job Details for the Electrical Wiring Technicians:
• Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:15pm (some OT and Weekends as needed)
• Pay rate: $18-19/hr based on experience

Job Responsibilities for the Electrical Wiring Technicians:
• Wire electrical components, control panels, and wire harnesses by hand
• Perform soldering of connections if/as needed for electrical assemblies
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, B.O.M.s, and engineering specs
• Assemble and wire control enclosures and electrical systems according to specifications
• Use hand and power tools, including drills, wire strippers, multimeters, and other testing equipment
• Lay out and route wiring with attention to neatness, safety, and compliance
• Conduct basic functional tests and troubleshoot issues to ensure proper performance
Requirements for the Electrical Wiring Technicians:
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in electrical wiring, panel assembly, or a related field
• Basic understanding of electrical circuits, principles, and safety procedures
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics
• Experience with soldering electrical components and connections
• Proficient with hand and power tools such as drills, wire strippers, and multimeters
• Familiarity with wire color codes, gauges, and standard wiring practices
• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training is a plus
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification, or electrical apprenticeship/journeyman experience, preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation and a track record of punctuality and dependability
