Job Details
Pay: $19/early $21/late
Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Contract through 12/31 (potential to convert or extend)
Overtime: Occasional, based on volume
Training: One-on-one and group onboarding provided
Responsibilities
Take inbound and make outbound calls to patients, physicians, and pharmacies
Assist patients with copay programs and access to care support
Guide users through program eligibility, reimbursement, and general questions
Use call center software to manage tickets and maintain accurate records
Refer complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when needed
Help ensure patients stay engaged and supported throughout their care journey
Requirements
1+ years in a healthcare call center, case management, or similar environment
Comfortable using Excel and familiar with call center platforms like Five9 or InContact
Strong written and verbal communication; professional phone presence is a must
Previous experience with pharmacy benefits, insurance, or billing is a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
