PeopleShare is hiring for an Electrical Assembler in Hanover, MD with an industry-leading manufacturing partner. This temp-to-permanent role is perfect for someone with a mechanical mindset, experience using hand and power tools, and an interest in learning or growing their electrical or mechanical assembly knowledge.

What You'll Do as an Electrical Assembler:
• Wire control panels, electrical components, and wire harnesses by hand
• Assemble and modify both electrical and mechanical components
• Install circuit breakers, busbars, panelboard interiors, and cabling
• Read and follow schematics, BOMs, and engineering specifications
• Test builds using multimeters or basic functional checks
• Support the team to meet daily production and quality standards
What We’re Looking For in an Electrical Assembler:
• Comfortable using hand tools, drills
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, or schematics
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for the duration of your shift
• Reliable transportation to/from the Hanover, MD facility
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Comfortable using or learning basic electrical testing gear
Preferred Experience for the Electrical Assembler (Not Required):
• At least 1 year of experience in electrical or mechanical assembly
• Trade/technical school a plus
