Location: Telford, PA
Schedule: 2nd or 3rd Shift, Monday–Friday
Pay: $22/hr + shift differential, with opportunities for increases

What You’ll Do
Lead and coordinate daily production operations to keep everything running smoothly.
Assign tasks, review job instructions, and ensure deadlines are met.
Monitor production quality, efficiency, and compliance with procedures.
Verify materials, labels, and equipment setup for production runs.
Perform inspections, line clearances, and accurate documentation.
Train, coach, and support new team members.
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
Communicate effectively with staff and management to resolve issues quickly.

Ability to lead and motivate a team in a production/cleanroom environment.
