Job Responsibilities for Pharmaceutical Production Coordinator
Lead daily pharmaceutical production activities through effective coordination
Assign tasks and keep all pharmaceutical runs on schedule as the team coordinator
Oversee quality, compliance, and workflow coordination
Verify materials, labels, and equipment for each pharmaceutical batch
Perform inspections, line clearances, and documentation
Train and mentor team members with strong process coordination
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant pharmaceutical work area
Communicate issues quickly through tight coordination with production, quality, and management
Job Requirements for Pharmaceutical Production Coordinator
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lead, motivate, and support a production team
Reliability, professionalism, and a focus on safety and quality
Experience in a production or cleanroom setting is a plus
High School Diploma required
